**About the Role**

Our client is a global industrial leader operating in over 100 countries, known for its advanced manufacturing footprint and commitment to driving digital innovation across its factories and supply chain. They are currently undergoing one of the most significant ERP and operational technology transformations in their industry to modernize systems, improve efficiency, and enable next-generation operations.

We are looking for an experienced **Business Process Owner with strong SAP Transportation Management (TM) expertise** to act as the bridge between Business teams and SAP / Digital delivery teams. The role focuses on **process readiness, Fit-to-Template workshops, gap analysis, requirements clarification, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support** across transportation planning and execution processes.

**CONTRACT:** Freelance / contractor assignment, 3 months rolling contract

**LOCATIONS:** Budapest or Warsaw

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead business readiness for **SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management** deployment.
-   Align local teams with the program’s **Core Model / Global Template**.
-   Prepare and facilitate **Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops**.
-   Perform process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis across transportation workflows.
-   Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable inputs for SAP / Digital teams.
-   Coordinate closely with logistics, supply chain, site stakeholders, and SAP delivery teams.
-   Support **testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare** activities.
-   Contribute to change management, user adoption, and training.
-   Identify business-readiness risks and process gaps before deployment.
-   Capture and share best practices across rollout locations.

## Requirements

-   Experience with **SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud**.
-   Background in multi-country or multi-site transportation / logistics deployments.
-   Experience with change management, user adoption, and training.
-   Strong exposure to process standardization and business transformation.
-   Knowledge of integration between TM and adjacent areas such as **SD, MM, EWM, Supply Chain, and Finance**.
