**About the Role**

We are engaging **PhD-level Psychology professionals fluent in Vietnamese and English** to contribute to an innovative AI training project. You will apply your psychology expertise to evaluate case studies, develop **culturally sensitive psychological scenarios**, and assess AI-generated content for **accuracy, ethics, and alignment with psychological best practices**. No prior AI experience is required — your professional and academic psychology expertise is what matters most.

**LANGUAGE:** Vietnamese — native or near-native; English — advanced

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Analyze psychological case studies, documentation, and scenarios, providing expert feedback and insights.
-   Develop **culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials** in Vietnamese and English.
-   Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with established psychological practices.
-   Review psychological concepts across Vietnamese and English to ensure linguistic and cultural fidelity.
-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-focused perspectives and recommendations.
-   Document evaluation processes, findings, and reasoning clearly and systematically.
-   Identify cultural or linguistic nuances that may affect the interpretation of psychological content.
-   Contribute insights to improve AI systems' understanding and generation of psychology-related content.

## Requirements

-   **PhD in Psychology** or a closely related field.
-   Demonstrated experience in **clinical, academic, research, or applied psychology**.
-   Native or near-native **Vietnamese** proficiency.
-   Strong **English** proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex psychological terminology accurately.
-   Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
-   Experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating **psychological case studies, assessments, or research materials**.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
