**Role overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Salesforce Administrator** to support a fast-paced Go-to-Market Systems team working closely with Sales and Operations. This role is focused on keeping Salesforce reliable, accessible, and efficient for day-to-day users across business teams.

You will act as the first point of contact for Salesforce user support, handling **access management, user issues, light configuration, data quality, reports, documentation, and escalation** of more complex platform challenges to Product and Engineering teams.

**COMMITMENT:** Full-time, 6+ months

**LOCATIONS:** India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Singapore

**PROCESS:** 3 Client Interviews

**NOTES:** Experience in large-scale technology companies or products with 1M+ users/downloads is strongly preferred.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce user support
-   Manage Salesforce **user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests**
-   Troubleshoot user access, visibility issues, and standard Salesforce errors
-   Maintain roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings
-   Perform routine Salesforce configuration, including **fields, page layouts, list views, and reports**
-   Support data quality through imports, exports, cleanup, and maintenance activities
-   Monitor Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and standard automations
-   Escalate complex platform issues to Product or Engineering teams when needed
-   Document troubleshooting guides, support processes, and standard operating procedures
-   Support Sales, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams in day-to-day Salesforce usage

## Requirements

-   5–7 years of hands-on experience as a **Salesforce Administrator**
-   Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and CRM operations
-   Experience with user access management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
-   Solid understanding of Salesforce standard objects, including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities
-   Experience troubleshooting Salesforce access, visibility, and standard system errors
-   Ability to perform declarative Salesforce configuration, including fields, layouts, reports, and list views
-   Experience supporting Salesforce data quality through imports, exports, and maintenance
-   Strong written and verbal English communication skills
