**About the Role**

Our client is a global industrial leader operating in over 100 countries, known for its advanced manufacturing footprint and commitment to driving digital innovation across its factories and supply chain. They are currently undergoing one of the most significant ERP and operational technology transformations in their industry to modernize systems, improve efficiency, and enable next-generation operations.

We are looking for an experienced **Business Process Owner with strong MM / WM expertise** to act as the bridge between Business teams and SAP / Digital delivery teams. The role focuses on **process readiness, Fit-to-Template workshops, gap analysis, requirements clarification, deployment, UAT, cutover, and post-Go-Live support**.

**CONTRACT:** 3-months rolling contract, multi-year project

**LOCATIONS:** Budapest, Hungary or Warsaw, Poland

**START DATE:** December or January

**Mandatory experience: SAP WM/MM**

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead business readiness for **SAP S/4HANA MM / WM** deployment.
-   Align local teams with the program’s **Core Model / Global Template**.
-   Prepare and facilitate **Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops**.
-   Perform business-process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
-   Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable inputs for SAP / Digital teams.
-   Coordinate closely with local stakeholders, site management, and SAP delivery teams.
-   Support **testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare** activities.
-   Contribute to change management, user adoption, and training.
-   Identify deployment risks and business-readiness gaps.
-   Capture and share best practices across rollout locations.

## Requirements

-   Strong functional expertise in **Materials Management and/or Warehouse Management processes**.
-   Solid hands-on experience with **SAP S/4HANA**.
-   Experience working on **international SAP transformation or rollout programs**.
-   Strong understanding of **end-to-end business processes** and their integration with SAP.
-   Experience with **Core Model / Global Template** deployments.
-   Hands-on experience with **Fit-to-Template, gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering**.
-   Experience supporting **UAT, deployment, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare**.
-   Fluent English and strong ability to work between Business and IT / Digital teams.
