**About the Role**  
We are looking for an experienced **Cryptography & Key Management Specialist** to support enterprise encryption, cryptographic controls, and key management initiatives within a **highly regulated environment**. You will help ensure sensitive data is securely protected while supporting compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

The role is **primarily remote**, with occasional onsite visits to the client in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**. You will work closely with security architecture, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams on cryptographic transformation, encryption modernization, and enterprise key management initiatives.

**SENIORITY:** 5+ years — Specialist level

**LANGUAGE:** Fluent English

**LOCATION:** Primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Support enterprise **cryptography, encryption, PKI, and key management** initiatives.
-   Assess cryptographic controls and identify security and compliance gaps.
-   Support the design, implementation, and improvement of enterprise key management processes.
-   Work with **Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)** and enterprise key management platforms.
-   Review encryption algorithms, digital certificates, TLS, PKI, and tokenization controls.
-   Develop and maintain cryptographic standards, policies, and security requirements.
-   Support remediation activities related to cryptographic risks and control deficiencies.
-   Collaborate with security architecture, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams.
-   Support cryptographic transformation, **crypto-agility**, encryption modernization, and large-scale key management programs.
-   Help ensure cryptographic solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

## Requirements

-   **5+ years of experience** in cryptography, PKI, HSM technologies, encryption, or enterprise key management.

-   Strong understanding of **encryption algorithms, digital certificates, TLS, PKI, and tokenization**.
-   Hands-on experience with enterprise key management platforms and **HSMs**.
-   Experience assessing cryptographic controls and identifying security or compliance gaps.
-   Knowledge of security regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
-   Experience developing cryptographic standards or supporting remediation activities.
-   Experience collaborating with security architecture, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams.
-   Willingness and ability to travel to **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia** for occasional onsite client engagements.
