### About the Role

Our client is a Big4 Consultancy group that works with leading financial institutions on **AI-driven transformation, automation, advanced analytics, and financial crime prevention**. Their work spans intelligent fraud detection, AML/KYC modernization, autonomous workflows, enterprise AI platforms, and the secure industrialization of AI in highly regulated environments.

We are looking for a **Senior Delivery Lead / Product Owner** to drive day-to-day execution of enterprise AI initiatives, manage client relationships, and ensure clear alignment between business priorities and technical delivery. The role combines **agile delivery leadership, backlog ownership, stakeholder management, resource planning, and AI/LLM project execution**.

**CONTRACT:** Contractor assignment, expected October 2026 – July 2027, with potential extension

**COMMITMENT:** Full-time

**LOCATIONS:** Europe-based, preferably the Netherlands or close; Occasional visits required.

**PROCESS:** Initial qualification followed by technical and client interviews

**NOTES:** Fluent English and Dutch are required.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage day-to-day **agile delivery** across AI project workstreams.
-   Run sprints, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
-   Serve as **Product Owner**, managing and prioritizing the backlog, user stories, and release roadmap.
-   Act as the main operational contact for Dutch client stakeholders.
-   Provide clear progress updates, delivery status, and risk visibility.
-   Bridge communication between CEE-based technical squads and Dutch business or compliance teams.
-   Identify and remove delivery blockers and cross-team dependencies.
-   Manage resource planning, timelines, and risk-mitigation actions.
-   Coordinate client sign-off and release-readiness activities.
-   Ensure delivery remains aligned with business priorities, quality expectations, and project milestones.

## Requirements

-   Senior-level experience in **delivery management, product ownership, project management, or agile delivery**.
-   Proven experience running complex enterprise technology projects across multiple stakeholders.
-   Hands-on experience managing product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and release roadmaps.
-   Experience delivering projects that integrate **AI/LLMs into enterprise processes**.
-   Strong client-facing experience, including status reporting, expectation management, and issue resolution.
-   Experience coordinating distributed technical and business teams.
-   Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and software development lifecycles.
-   Fluent professional **English**.
