### **Responsibilities**

-   Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
-   Manage reservations and ensure timely seating
-   Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service
-   Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and attentiveness
-   Maintain a clean and organized hostess station

## Requirements

-   Prior experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer service role
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-   Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
-   Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
-   Fluency in English language
