### Responsibilities

-   Prepare and present a variety of cold dishes such as salads, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts following Grecotel's recipes and standards
-   Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area
-   Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
-   Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of cold kitchen ingredients
-   Participate in menu development and contribute ideas to enhance the cold kitchen offerings

## Requirements

-   1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in cold kitchen
-   Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
-   Good team player with effective communication skills
-   Passion for high-quality food preparation and a willingness to learn and grow
