### Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute pastry menus that align with Grecotel's standards and meet guest preferences
-   Create and oversee the production of a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads
-   Train and manage a team of pastry cooks and assistants
-   Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and ensure proper storage and rotation
-   Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
-   Collaborate with other culinary teams to develop new menu items and concepts
-   Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve pastry offerings

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
-   Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavors
-   Proven leadership and management skills
-   Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-   Excellent creativity and attention to detail
-   Strong organizational and communication skills
-   Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
