### Responsibilities

-   Develop and oversee a comprehensive maintenance program for the hotel, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.
-   Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing direction, training, and support as needed.
-   Perform regular inspections of the hotel's facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are promptly addressed.
-   Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure that the maintenance needs of the hotel are met in a timely and efficient manner.
-   Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are well-maintained, organized, and readily available for use.
-   Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure that the hotel receives high-quality service at a reasonable cost.
-   Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
-   5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
-   Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
