### Responsibilities

-   Select, cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat
-   Ensure the highest quality standards for meat products
-   Monitor and maintain proper storage and inventory of meat products
-   Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new meat-based dishes and recipes
-   Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
-   Manage and operate butchering equipment and tools

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience as a Butcher in a high-end restaurant or hotel
-   Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and meat quality
-   Excellent knife skills and precision in butchering techniques
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
-   Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
-   Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
