### **Responsibilities**

-   Monitor and supervise pool and beach areas to ensure the safety of all guests
-   Enforce safety rules and regulations
-   Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed
-   Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool and beach areas
-   Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests
-   Participate in safety meetings and training sessions

## Requirements

-   Must hold a valid lifeguard certification
-   Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required
-   Previous lifeguarding experience is preferred
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-   Good physical fitness and swimming skills
