We are looking for an exceptional **Executive Assistant** to support our senior leadership team in Athens.

**The Opportunity**

This is a role for someone who takes quiet pride in doing things well. You will work directly with leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, manage competing priorities with grace, and represent our organisation with the discretion and professionalism our clients expect.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence
-   Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications on behalf of leadership
-   Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders in a warm, professional manner
-   Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
-   Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

**What We're Looking For**

-   University degree and excellent communication skills
-   Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken (additional languages a plus)
-   Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
-   Proficiency with digital tools — Google Suite, CRM platforms, and scheduling software
-   Highly organised, calm under pressure, and exceptionally reliable
-   A professional presence grounded in kindness, discretion, and attention to detail
