We are hiring a highly motivated **Senior** **Travel Designer** to join us and contribute to the success of our sales team.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**  
  
The ideal candidate should have **at least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles** & will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving targets, promoting and selling travel packages, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel and sales.  

**Responsibilities**

-   Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
-   Design itineraries and trip presentations for customers
-   Provide excellent customer service to clients
-   Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person
-   Prepare and maintain sales materials and product information in our system
-   Process bookings and reservations accurately
-   Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible customer experience
-   Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge

## Requirements

-   **At least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles**
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills
-   Fluency in English and Greek, both spoken and written
-   Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-   Ability to work well in a team environment
-   Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
-   Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
