### What You'll Do

As a Shop Mechanic, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our wide range of lawn care and snow equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, troubleshooting, and supporting a busy, fast-paced operation.

### Responsibilities

-   Performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on small engines, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
-   Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment readiness
-   Managing shop organization, cleanliness, and parts inventory
-   Welding, fabrication, and minor body or structural repairs
-   Keeping accurate maintenance records and communicating equipment needs to management
-   Ensuring all safety procedures are followed at all times

### Salary

-   $24-35

## Requirements

### Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:  

-   Previous experience as a mechanic, technician, or equipment maintenance specialist (required)
-   Strong diagnostic repair skills with small engines, diesel, and/or hydraulic systems
-   Basic welding or fabrication experience
-   A valid driver's license (required; CDL a plus)
-   The ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment safely
-   Excellent time management and communication skills
