**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations at various service locations, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, private homes, and rehabilitation centers.
-   Travel across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx as assigned to provide mobile X-ray services.
-   Position patients correctly and operate portable X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
-   Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles.
-   Verify patient identification and confirm physician orders before performing procedures.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of all examinations performed.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Bachelor's or Associate's degree in radiologic technology, radiology, or a related field.
-   **Licensure:** Must have a New York State License. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification is preferred.
-   **Experience:**

-   Must have at least 1 year of experience as an X-ray Technologist.
-   Medical background (EMT, CMA, Medical Assistant) is preferred.

-   **Technical Skills:** Proficient in performing diagnostic X-ray examinations, positioning patients, operating portable X-ray equipment, and adhering to radiation safety protocols.
-   **Soft Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, compassion when working with elderly or ill patients, and reliability.
-   **Other Requirements:** Must be willing to travel across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx, based on where X-ray services are needed.
