Impact Recruiting Solutions is actively seeking a licensed **Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join a respected **Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility** in **Pittsfield, MA**. This full-time position is ideal for professionals dedicated to improving the lives of geriatric patients through expert clinical care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

### **Position Details:**

-   **Location:** Pittsfield, MA
-   **Employment Type:** Full-Time
-   **Hourly Rate:** $41 – $45 per hour
-   **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

### **What You’ll Do:**

-   Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive challenges
-   Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
-   Collaborate with nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and physicians
-   Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and safety strategies
-   Document care activities in accordance with Medicare and HIPAA standards

## Requirements

### **Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-   **Licensure:** Active Massachusetts SLP license
-   **Certifications:** ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility
-   **Additional:** Must have valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
-   **Preferred:** Experience with geriatrics or in a skilled nursing facility
-   **Skills:**

-   Expertise in dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders
-   Strong documentation and EHR usage
-   Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
