### **Position Overview**

-   **Location:** Canon City, CO
-   **Employment Type:** Full-Time or Part-Time
-   **Schedule:**

-   **Full-Time:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends!)
-   **Part-Time:** Flexible scheduling, including weekends if desired

-   **Pay:** $42 – $45 per hour (based on experience)

### **Core Responsibilities**

-   Perform evaluations and create personalized care plans
-   Deliver therapy to address speech, swallowing, and cognitive disorders
-   Work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
-   Supervise CFYs and support personnel per regulations
-   Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare/HIPAA standards
-   Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-   Active Colorado State SLP license
-   Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
-   CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility
-   SNF/geriatric experience preferred
-   Strong skills in dysphagia management and cognitive-communication therapy
-   Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational abilities
