**The Program Manager** provides full-time oversight and management of **Medical Support Assistant** personnel supporting the NIH Clinical Center. This role serves as the primary point of contact for staffing coordination, performance management, compliance, and communication with the Government.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and supervise all assigned MSA personnel
-   Coordinate staffing schedules, leave approvals, and no-cost backfill coverage
-   Ensure timely submission of qualified replacement candidates when required
-   Enforce attendance, punctuality, dress code, and conduct standards
-   Oversee compliance with NIH training, badging, and infectious disease requirements
-   Serve as escalation point for performance or staffing issues
-   Submit reports and documentation as required by the Government
-   Maintain contract compliance and service continuity
-   Implement corrective action plans when required
