## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution.
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State Medical License.
-   **Experience:** Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology. Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting is a plus.
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in diagnosing and managing rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.
-   **Soft Skills:** Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
