**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, functional assessments, and range of motion testing.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State Physical Therapist license.
-   **Experience:** Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
