## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited PMHNP program.
-   **Licensure:** Active Ohio State License
-   **Certification:** Board-Certified PMHNP (Required).
-   **Experience:** 5+ years preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
-   **Technical Skills:** Psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy skills.
-   **Soft Skills:** Strong therapeutic communication, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
