Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a **Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)** for a full-time position at a **Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility** in **Great Barrington, MA**. This role involves providing specialized care for geriatric patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

**Position Details:**

-   **Location:** Great Barrington, MA
-   **Employment Type:** Full-Time
-   **Hourly Rate:** $41 – $45 per hour (Depending on Experience)
-   **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders
-   Provide therapy in a skilled nursing facility setting, collaborating with nurses, OT/PT, and physicians
-   Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and support staff according to state guidelines
-   Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations
-   Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy strategies and safe swallowing techniques

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
-   Active Massachusetts State SLP license
-   CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility (CFY)
-   Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
-   Experience with geriatric populations or in skilled nursing settings preferred
-   Strong organizational, communication, and patient-care skills
