**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
-   **Licensure:** Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS and CPR certification required.
-   **Experience:** Must have at least 1 year experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or related settings.
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
-   **Soft Skills:** Strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, and adaptability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
