Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate **Dentist (DDS or DMD)** to provide full-scope dental care in a relationship-based model in a mission-driven FQHC facility in Klamath Falls, OR. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all backgrounds.
-   Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations.
-   Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more.
-   Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
-   Supervise dental staff and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   **Education:** DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
-   **Licensure:** Valid Oregon dental license; CPR/First Aid certification.
-   **Experience:** Experience in FQHC or underserved settings is strongly preferred.
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in full-scope general dentistry, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and patient education.
-   **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to culturally responsive care and patient dignity, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and dedication to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
