Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an **Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner** to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice located in Queens, New York. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient observations.
-   Record and analyze patients' medical histories and symptoms.
-   Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, and contribute to existing ones.
-   Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
-   Diagnose acute and chronic health issues and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
-   Monitor and operate medical equipment as needed.
-   Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans accordingly.
-   Consult with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty practice.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license. Must be Board Certified.
-   **Experience:** Strongly preferred 1 year of experience (but still open to new grads).
-   **Language:** Must be bilingual in Bengali or have relevant experience supporting Bengali-speaking or comparable communities.
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficient in performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and utilizing electronic health records.
-   **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical judgment, empathy, patient-centered focus, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
