## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State RN License
-   **Certification:** BLS certification (must be current or willing to recertify)
-   **Experience:**

-   Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an acute care facility (within the past 2 years)
-   PACU experience is required
-   Previous critical care experience is essential

-   **Technical Skills:** EPIC EMR proficiency (strongly preferred)
-   **Soft Skills:** Adaptability, critical thinking, and teamwork in fast-paced settings.
