**Position Overview:**

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is looking for a full-time **Mammo/X-Ray/Dexa Technologist** to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group located in Elizabeth, NJ. This role requires a versatile technologist proficient in three modalities—mammography, X-ray, and DEXA—to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services. Candidates certified in mammography are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform diagnostic 3D mammography, X-ray, and DEXA exams with accuracy and care
-   Operate and maintain imaging equipment across all three modalities according to established protocols
-   Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
-   Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
-   Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards
-   Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed
-   May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
-   Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to communicate effectively with diverse patients

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
-   **Licensure:** ARRT (R)(M) required; NJ State License and CPR certification required
-   **Certification:** Candidates must be certified in mammography in order to be eligible for a **$10K sign-on bonus**
-   **Experience:** 2+ years of current diagnostic 3D mammography experience
-   **Technical Skills:** May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
-   **Soft Skills:** Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; attention to detail; excellent patient communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; **bilingual proficiency preferred;** ability to adhere to all safety protocols when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
