Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a **Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)** for a full-time role at a **Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility** in **Puyallup, WA**. **Position Details:**

-   **Location:** Puyallup, WA
-   **Employment Type:** Full-Time
-   **Hourly Rate:** $45 – $50/hour (DOE)
-   **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends)

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
-   Deliver therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, OT, physicians, and nursing
-   Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and safe swallowing practices
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare
-   Supervise CFYs and support staff in accordance with state and facility regulations

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-   Active Washington State SLP license
-   ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CF eligibility
-   Valid driver’s license or reliable personal transportation
-   Skilled nursing facility or geriatric experience preferred
-   Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
