## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
-   **Licensure:** Active State License (Required).
-   **Certification:** Must be Board Certified.
-   **Experience:** At least one (1) year of post-residency experience in an outpatient or clinic setting, with a primary focus on ambulatory care, is required.
-   **Language:** Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and electronic health records. Must be comfortable treating pediatric patients and supervising Nurse Practitioners.
-   **Soft Skills:** Excellent bedside manner, strong communication, cultural competence, and a team-oriented approach.
