## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** MD/DO from an accredited institution.
-   **Licensure:** Active NY State medical license.
-   **Certification:** Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine.
-   **Experience:** Must have a minimum of 1+ year experience in Primary Care.
-   **Language:** Bilingual in **Russian** and English
-   **Soft Skills:** Strong bedside manner, cultural competence, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
