## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
-   **Licensure:** Active, unencumbered RN license from the state of MD and current BLS Certification.
-   **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of RN work experience.
-   **Soft Skills:** Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, effective communication, cultural competency, collaboration, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
