## Description

**Greenvolt** is a dynamic renewable energy company dedicated to advancing sustainable solutions across Europe and beyond. We are looking for an HR Trainee to support the Human Resources function with a focus on **Compensation & Benefits, HR Reporting & Analytics, and Organizational Design**.

The role will contribute to data-driven decision-making, ensuring consistency and quality in HR processes while supporting strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Compensation & Benefits**

-   Support the analysis and management of compensation and benefits data, including salary benchmarks, benefits structures, and internal equity reviews.
-   Assist in the preparation of compensation reports and annual review processes.
-   Collaborate in maintaining up-to-date compensation databases and supporting payroll-related data validation.

-   **Reporting & HR Analytics**

-   Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
-   Support data collection, validation, and analysis for key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, cost, diversity, etc.).
-   Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment across HR systems and reporting tools.
-   Contribute to presentations and reporting materials for internal stakeholders.

-   **Organization & Structure**

-   Support HRBPs in organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and structural analysis.
-   Assist in maintaining organizational charts and job architecture frameworks.
-   Contribute to projects related to role definition, job evaluations, and organizational efficiency.

-   **HR Operations & Projects**

-   Support HR administrative processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates).
-   Participate in cross-functional HR projects focused on process improvement, harmonization, and digital transformation.
-   Assist in ensuring HR policies and processes are consistently applied.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or similar.
-   Master in HR Management
-   Fluency in English is a must
-   Interest in developing professionally in all HR related disciplines including talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, development, succession planning, organizational design and employee relations;
-   Ability to build supportive relationships
