## Description

At Greenvolt, we're accelerating digital transformation across our international business. We are looking for an IT Change Management Specialist to join our IT Transformation team and play a key role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working across the organization.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support the definition and execution of Change Management strategies for IT and digital transformation projects.
-   Assess the organizational impact of new systems, processes, tools, and ways of working.
-   Design and implement communication plans, training strategies, and adoption initiatives.
-   Lead stakeholder engagement activities to foster alignment, sponsorship, and commitment to change.
-   Identify and address resistance to change while promoting sustainable adoption.
-   Support business teams throughout technology implementation and transition processes.
-   Establish and coordinate Change Champion and Key User networks.
-   Contribute to readiness, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation activities.
-   Define and monitor adoption KPIs, measuring engagement, proficiency, usage, and satisfaction.
-   Gather feedback and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
-   Collaborate closely with IT, HR, Communications, business stakeholders, and external partners.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   4+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally within digital transformation environments.
-   Proven experience delivering change initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
-   Experience supporting the adoption of enterprise technologies such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or similar platforms.
-   Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and best practices.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
-   Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
-   Fluency in English.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience working in multinational environments.
-   Prosci ADKAR Certification or equivalent.
-   Certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Agile, or Scrum.
