## Description

**Greenvolt Power** is seeking a dedicated and versatile **Electrical Engineer** to join our team focused on the development and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects. This role will involve detailed engineering design, project coordination, and technical support throughout the lifecycle of solar, wind, and energy storage projects.

The Electrical Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects that contribute to sustainable energy solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design and review electrical systems for utility-scale solar PV, onshore wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
-   Coordinate and communicate with designers, EPC contractors, and procurement teams to finalize technical specifications and project documentation.
-   Support tender and bidding processes by preparing and evaluating technical documentation.
-   Supervise construction phases to ensure compliance with permits, technical standards, and safety regulations.
-   Monitor project schedules and costs to optimize efficiency and timeliness.
-   Act as a point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, including during grid connection and commissioning phases.
-   Report project progress, potential risks, and propose solutions to management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
-   5+ years of practical experience in electrical engineering roles within renewable energy projects, particularly solar PV and wind farm construction.
-   Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, and relevant software such as PVsyst, WindPro, or similar tools.
-   Strong understanding of project design drawings and engineering standards.
-   Knowledge of local electrical codes, grid connection standards, and permitting processes.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and coordinate cross-functional teams.
-   Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
-   Fluent English language skills; knowledge of local languages advantageous.
