## Description

To contribute to the continued growth of Asset Management activities across the Group**,** Greenvolt is looking for a **Technical Asset Management Associate** to support the management, optimisation and value creation of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, combining technical, operational and financial analysis.

**Activities to be developed:**

-   Monitor and analyse the technical, operational and financial performance of renewable energy assets;
-   Supervise preventive and corrective O&M activities;
-   Identify optimisation opportunities and support initiatives to maximise asset value and profitability;
-   Perform forecasting and investment analysis to support decision-making;
-   Manage commercial and contractual relationships with key counterparties;
-   Monitor revenue streams, operational costs and asset budgets;
-   Assess technical, commercial and financial risks and propose mitigation measures;
-   Ensure assets comply with applicable HSE, ESG and Group policies;
-   Prepare performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;

-   Collaborate with internal Group departments, including development, construction, procurement, risk, sustainability and finance, throughout the asset lifecycle.

## Requirements

**Profile:**

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field;
-   Minimum of **5 years of professional experience** in renewable energy, asset management, project management, operation & maintenance or a related field;
-   Experience in asset performance analysis and investment evaluation;
-   Knowledge of energy markets, PPAs and renewable energy assets is valued;
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
-   High level of autonomy, accountability and stakeholder management capabilities;
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
-   Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
-   Driving licence and availability to travel from time to time;
-   Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is considered a plus.
