## Description

**We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Category/Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.**

In this role, you will take ownership of specific product categories, drive brand performance across markets, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth through innovative marketing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

-   Contribute to the **development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan** by designing targeted strategies and initiatives aligned with industry trends and business goals,
-   Lead and support the rollout of **product and promotional campaigns**, ensuring timely and successful implementation in line with approved plans,
-   Perform detailed product **cost analysis** and recommend **pricing policies** tailored to each market and channel,
-   Analyze **sales performance** at the product level, uncover trends, and **identify areas for improvement and growth**,
-   Prepare **regular and ad hoc reports**, including P&L statements, and propose corrective actions based on data insights,
-   Develop and monitor **distribution strategies** to ensure product availability and adherence to merchandising and brand presentation standards,
-   Monitor **market trends**, **competitive landscape, and consumer behavior** to identify opportunities and develop actionable brand and product plans,
-   Assist in the planning and execution of **market and consumer research initiatives** to better understand target audiences and refine marketing efforts.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,
-   3-4 years of experience in category management, brand management, or a similar role,
-   Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
-   Proven project management capabilities, with a focus on timely and budget-conscious execution
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels
-   Creative mindset with commercial awareness and problem-solving orientation
-   Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
