## Description

We’re seeking a **Business Applications Specialist** to lead the development and optimization of critical business systems ERP and WMS. If you understand operational workflows in Finance and Warehouse management alongside with ERP operations and can turn organizational needs into impactful solutions, this is your opportunity!

### What You Will Do

-   Support internal users in operating effectively their flows in the ERP,
-   Analyze requirements and propose solutions to enhance processes and efficiency,
-   Ensure smooth operation of ERP and WMS,
-   Document and analyze business processes, identify improvement areas,
-   Support the ongoing improvement of business applications roadmap,
-   Collaborate across departments to ensure data consistency and effective system usage,
-   Collaborate with vendors for application implementations and support,
-   Monitor deliverables, timelines, and budgets; track KPIs,
-   Act as key contact for business application issues and support them accordingly,
-   Coordinate with colleagues on infrastructure, security, and access.

## Requirements

-   Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchases, Order Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse),
-   Hands-on experience of ERP and WMS architecture and functionality preferably in Dynamics 365 Business Central,
-   5+ years in ERP and WMS solution design & implementation, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
-   Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills,
-   Ability to translate business requirements into specifications,
-   Understanding of modern applications stack fundamentals (Server-side, HTTP, APIs, Front-end technologies, MCP etc.),
-   Any of the following will be considered as a plus: Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Mantis LVS/Aberon, Power Platform, Dataverse, and understanding of basic programming concepts.
