## Description

Gritter Francona is looking for a Scriptwriter that will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing engaging, evidence-based scripts for animated educational videos supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for PTSD. - Ensure all scripts maintain a serious, compassionate, and hopeful tone that encourages treatment engagement while avoiding stigmatizing or triggering language.
- Develop scripts that are culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and inclusive of diverse populations and experiences.
- Incorporate Government feedback and stakeholder comments throughout multiple review and approval cycles.
- Coordinate with storyboard artists, animators, voice talent, and production staff to ensure scripts support effective visual storytelling and animation production.
- Ensure scripts are appropriately structured for animation timing, pacing, narration, and visual transitions.
- Prepare supporting documentation, script revisions, production notes, and version control records as required.
- Ensure written products comply with applicable Federal plain language guidance, accessibility standards, and project-specific quality requirements.
- Support educational outreach initiatives by developing content suitable for digital media, public awareness campaigns, and other communication platforms as directed.
