We're a specialist sales agency helping IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) grow through genuine, high-quality conversations. We're looking for someone with the potential to become exceptional—not just someone who can hit activity targets.

## Requirements

### You might be perfect for this role if...

-   You're working in a BPO, call centre or sales role and know you're capable of more.
-   You enjoy talking to people and naturally build rapport.
-   You can tell when someone is busy, sceptical or genuinely interested—and you know how to adapt your approach.
-   You actively look for smarter, better ways of working instead of doing the bare minimum.
-   You welcome feedback because you know it's how great salespeople are made.  
    

### What you'll do

-   Speak with business owners and decision-makers across the UK.
-   Book qualified meetings for our IT MSP clients.
-   Build relationships through phone, email and LinkedIn.
-   Learn professional sales skills from experienced sales leaders.
