## Description

We are seeking an SEO Marketer to own our organic search strategy. This role is built for someone who understands search intent deeply, stays ahead of algorithm and AI-driven search shifts, and knows how to turn organic visibility into measurable pipeline and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities  
**

-   Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy spanning technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines.
-   Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent mapping to identify content and ranking opportunities across the full funnel.
-   Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages for both traditional search and AI-powered search surfaces.
-   Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce SEO-optimized content briefs and audit existing content for gap and improvement opportunities.
-   Manage technical SEO health including site architecture, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data/schema markup.
-   Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and rank tracking tools.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in an SEO role
-   Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4 etc)
-   Strong understanding of technical SEO including site architecture, crawl budget, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup
-   Experience developing content strategies and writing SEO-driven content briefs
-   Familiarity with AI search surfaces and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices
-   Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate keyword research, content ideation, and workflow efficiency
-   Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into prioritized insights
-   Strong cross-functional communication skills
-   Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
