## Description

We are looking for an experienced **BI Engineer** with strong expertise in **Power BI**, **SSRS**, and **SQL** to join our Digital Products & Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate should be a quick learner, capable of working independently, and passionate about delivering high-quality BI solutions.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain interactive **Power BI dashboards and reports**
-   Develop and maintain **SSRS reports** for enterprise reporting requirements
-   Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
-   Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions
-   Work closely with data engineering and business teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions
-   Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy
-   Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement enhancements
-   Support data visualization initiatives across Digital Products & Analytics teams

### Mandatory Skills

-   **5–8 years** of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting
-   Strong hands-on experience in **Power BI Report & Dashboard Development**
-   Strong experience in **SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Development**
-   Strong **SQL programming** and analytical skills
-   Excellent understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
-   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-   Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities

### Preferred Skills

-   Experience in **PySpark** for ETL/Data Engineering activities
-   Exposure to **Data Engineering** concepts and ETL pipelines
-   Experience working in the **Banking or Financial Services domain**
-   Knowledge of enterprise data warehouse environments is an advantage
