## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Product Designer** to join our client, one of the leading banking institutions in the Middle East. This role is ideal for a design leader who combines strong **UX thinking, design systems expertise, and exposure to AI-driven solutions**.

You will work closely within agile squads alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences—primarily within the **corporate banking domain**.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead end-to-end **product design lifecycle**: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
-   Design and evolve **scalable design systems** ensuring consistency across platforms
-   Collaborate with **cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)** within Agile squads
-   Translate complex business and banking requirements into **intuitive user experiences**
-   Apply **user-centered design principles** and conduct usability testing to improve product outcomes
-   Work on **AI-powered product features**, ensuring seamless UX integration
-   Contribute to **design strategy and innovation**, especially in digital banking experiences
-   Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   6+ years of experience as a **Product Designer / Senior Product Designer**
-   Strong portfolio showcasing **UX, UI, and problem-solving capabilities**
-   Proven experience building and maintaining **Design Systems**
-   Hands-on experience with design tools such as **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD**
-   Solid understanding of **UX research, interaction design, and usability principles**
-   Experience working in **Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)** within cross-functional squads
-   Exposure to **AI/ML-driven product design** is highly preferred
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Prior experience in **banking or financial services**, especially **corporate banking**

-   Familiarity with **accessibility standards and responsive design**
