## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Technology Engineer – DevOps (PaaS)** to support the Core Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with **OpenShift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins)**, along with a focus on **process optimization and continuous improvement** in a PaaS environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide **PaaS DevOps support** for the Core Integration Team.
-   Manage and administer **OpenShift (Kubernetes-based platform)** environments.
-   Design, build, and maintain **CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins**.
-   Optimize existing **build and deployment jobs** for performance, scalability, and reliability.
-   Drive **process improvements and automation** across DevOps workflows.
-   Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
-   Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery.
-   Ensure adherence to **DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policies**.
-   Support release management and deployment activities.

### **Required Skills & Experience:**

-   Strong experience in **DevOps PaaS environments**.
-   Hands-on expertise in **OpenShift Administration**.
-   Proficiency in **CI/CD tools**, especially **Jenkins pipelines**.
-   Experience in **containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)**.
-   Strong understanding of **automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)**.
-   Experience in **job optimization and process improvement initiatives**.
-   Knowledge of **version control systems (Git)**.
-   Familiarity with **monitoring and logging tools**.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience working in **banking or financial services environments**.
-   Certification in **OpenShift, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools**.
-   Exposure to **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)** is a plus.
