## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our Software Engineering team supporting enterprise business platforms and in-house application development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade full stack applications using React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend services. Candidates with exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI technologies using Node.js will be highly preferred.

This role offers an opportunity to work on modern enterprise applications, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced engineering environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
-   Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance in-house applications for business platforms and enterprise systems.
-   Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.
-   Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
-   Participate in application design discussions, technical reviews, and engineering best practices.
-   Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern software engineering standards.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and production issues.
-   Contribute to CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
-   Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.

### Required Technical Skills

### Frontend

-   Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
-   Experience building responsive and scalable web applications.
-   Strong understanding of modern JavaScript and frontend development best practices.
-   Experience with component-based architecture and state management concepts.

### Backend

-   Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
-   Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
-   Strong understanding of backend application architecture and integration patterns.
-   Experience developing enterprise-grade applications using Node.js.

### Full Stack Development

-   Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack software development.
-   Strong understanding of software engineering principles and application development lifecycle.
-   Experience working on enterprise applications and business platforms.

### GenAI & AI Technologies (Preferred)

-   Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) applications using Node.js.
-   Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and AI-powered application development.
-   Experience integrating LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications.
-   Understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and modern AI engineering practices will be an added advantage.
