## Description

We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior BI Engineer** to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Power BI, Tableau, and data engineering principles**, with the ability to translate complex analytical requirements into intuitive and impactful dashboards.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, and maintain **Power BI dashboards** and **SSRS reports** with a strong focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy
-   Build and optimize **Tableau dashboards** for advanced data visualization and business insights
-   Translate business and analytical requirements into efficient **semantic data models**, **DAX**, and **SQL logic**
-   Implement and manage **Row-Level Security (RLS)**, data governance, and access control mechanisms
-   Automate data refresh processes and ensure reliability of reporting pipelines
-   Apply **version control practices** and adhere to chapter standards for BI development
-   Ensure all dashboards follow **design system standards** and **accessibility guidelines**
-   Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end BI solutions
-   Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data or visualization issues

### **Required Skills & Experience**

-   5+ years of experience in **Business Intelligence / Data Analytics**
-   Strong hands-on expertise in **Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Performance Tuning)**
-   Experience with **Tableau development**
-   Proficiency in **SQL** and data transformation techniques
-   Experience with **SSRS reporting**
-   Solid understanding of **data engineering concepts** and ETL workflows
-   Familiarity with **data warehousing concepts** (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
-   Experience implementing **RLS and data security best practices**
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

### **Good to Have**

-   Experience working in **banking or financial services domain**
-   Exposure to **cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)**
