## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Analyst / PMO Analyst to support technology and business transformation initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, PMO governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking. This role requires someone who can work closely with project managers, business teams, technology teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.

The candidate should have strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and hands-on experience managing project documentation, governance activities, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

### Project Management & Delivery Support

• Support end-to-end project delivery activities across multiple business and technology initiatives.  
• Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.  
• Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and key activities.  
• Support project planning, resource coordination, and delivery scheduling.  
• Ensure project activities are aligned with business objectives and delivery expectations.

### PMO Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project governance frameworks, documentation, trackers, and reporting structures.  
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates.  
• Track project performance against scope, timelines, milestones, and objectives.  
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and follow up on action items.  
• Support governance meetings, steering committee updates, and project reviews.

### Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.  
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.  
• Follow up on deliverables, decisions, approvals, and dependencies.  
• Support stakeholder engagement and ensure timely resolution of project blockers.

### Project Documentation

• Create and maintain project documentation including:

-   Project plans
-   Meeting minutes
-   Action trackers
-   Risk registers
-   Status reports
-   Project dashboards  
    • Ensure documentation standards and governance processes are followed.

### Agile & Delivery Practices

• Support Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum ceremonies, sprint tracking, and backlog management.  
• Work closely with delivery teams to monitor sprint progress and project outcomes.  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.

### Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on project management / PMO experience.  
• Strong experience supporting technology, digital transformation, or business projects.  
• Experience working with project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities.  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.  
• Experience managing project documentation, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.  
• Strong proficiency in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations.  
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

### Technical & Tools Exposure

• Experience working with project management tools such as:

-   Jira
-   MS Project
-   Confluence
-   Azure DevOps
-   ServiceNow (preferred)  
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools:
-   Excel
-   PowerPoint
-   Word  
    • Experience creating project dashboards and delivery reports.

### Preferred Experience

• Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred.  
• Experience supporting technology delivery teams.  
• Exposure to digital transformation, application development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects.  
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendor teams.
