## Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Technology Engineer – Network Infrastructure** to join our Technology Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the organization.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
-   Configure and maintain **routing and switching** environments.
-   Deploy and support **Aruba-based network infrastructure** (wired and wireless).
-   Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
-   Ensure network security, data protection, and compliance with organizational standards.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
-   Perform network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning.
-   Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and processes.

### **Required Skills & Experience**

-   Strong hands-on experience in **Network Infrastructure (Aruba technologies preferred)**.
-   Solid understanding of **routing & switching protocols** (e.g., VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP).
-   Experience in configuring and managing enterprise-level network devices.
-   Good knowledge of **network security principles** and data protection practices.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Familiarity with monitoring tools and network performance optimization.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
-   Relevant certifications such as **Aruba (ACMA/ACMP)**, **CCNA/CCNP**, or equivalent.
-   Experience working in banking or financial services environments is a plus.
