# Licensing Accounts & Merchandising Intern

## Description

The Licensing Accounts & Merchandising Intern provides operational and analytical support to the Merchandising team, contributing to the preparation of product launches, market activities, and internal coordination processes.  
This role offers hands-on exposure to product lifecycle management, assortment planning, and international market dynamics.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

_Merchandising Support_

-   Support preparation of seasonal line sheets, assortment tools, and sales materials
-   Assist in organizing product presentations and market meetings
-   Help collect and structure product information for internal and external use

_Operational & System Support_

-   Assist in ensuring product data accuracy (styles, colors, pricing, deliveries) in internal systems
-   Support data entry and updates in PLM or merchandising tools
-   Help monitor product status and track key milestones

_Product Development Support_

-   Assist in tracking samples, approvals, and product development timelines
-   Support coordination of materials (videos, lookbooks, color cards, etc.)
-   Help follow up on approvals and ensure proper documentation

_Analysis & Reporting_

-   Support basic sales and performance analysis
-   Assist in preparing recap documents and presentations
-   Help maintain archives and seasonal product documentation

_Cross-team Coordination_

-   Liaise with internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Marketing) for information collection
-   Provide general support to the team on ongoing projects and ad hoc activities

## Requirements

-   Degree (or in progress) in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field
-   Strong interest in merchandising, product, and fashion industry
-   Good analytical and organizational skills
-   Attention to detail and willingness to learn
-   Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
-   Fluent in English
-   Team player with proactive attitude
