## Description

The Trade Marketing Intern is a support role to the team in the development, implementation and monitoring of all trade marketing plans across the Wholesale business.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Support the team with setting up company portals for sales campaigns
-   Assist spot requests of business parties (graphics, logos, customized artworks)
-   Support the definition of guidelines for the seasonal marketing strategy, coherent with the brand identity
-   Develop the sales of POP materials by finding the most efficient solutions
-   Collaborate with the Sales team and agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
-   Work with Product and Marketing teams to create marketing collaterals, releasing communication and campaigns to promote the collection
-   Create ideas for the development of new tools and product presentations based on global requirements
-   Interacting with agents, distributors, customers and Sales team to exchange information about customers and market situation
-   Coordinate with the Product team to establish the time schedule of trade marketing tools on a seasonal basis
-   Collect orders from clients and process them to vendors
-   Provide reports to monitor trade marketing tools sales
-   Monitor the stock level (gadgets and marketing kit, logos)
-   Keep WDP/Trade marketing section updated with newness
-   Work on the monthly newsletter for WHL

## Requirements

-   Education: University Degree in Marketing or related field
-   Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory. Any other European language is considered as a plus
-   PC Skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word are a must
-   Good knowledge of marketing principles and practices
-   Fast learner, analytical mind-set, adapt to changes and work under pressure
-   Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and strong organizational skills, good level of proactivity and effective problem solver
-   Team player, ability to work independently and customer oriented
-   Open-minded and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all levels
-   Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, utilize resources effectively and drive for results in a fast paced, growth environment
